WHAT IS METAL HEALTH CLUB
A structured training group for runners preparing for half and full marathons.
The training is built around monthly interval sessions at marathon pace, with the distance increasing systematically toward Copenhagen Marathon. Each session is designed to challenge both the mind and the body — building endurance, efficiency, and resilience over time.
Intervals at marathon pace.
Rising kilometers.
A gradual build-up of both mental and muscular strength.
This is where preparation becomes habit.
WHY “METAL HEALTH”
The name is intentional.
Metal Health Club pays tribute to the mental and physical strength required to push through long training cycles, long intervals, and long runs — when motivation fades and discipline takes over.
Because performance isn’t only built in the legs.
It’s built in the head.
Metal Health Club brings runners together around a shared rhythm and a shared standard. Everyone trains for their own goals — but no one trains alone.
